Are Muck Boots 100% waterproof?
Yes, every boot we make is 100% waterproof. We use high-grade natural rubber and neoprene to ensure your feet stay dry in the wettest conditions.
How do I find the right size?
Our boots are designed to standard whole sizes. If you are a half size, we generally recommend sizing up to ensure a comfortable fit and to allow room for thicker performance socks.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Simply use our online portal to generate a return shipping label.
How should I clean and maintain my boots?
To extend the life of your boots, rinse them with fresh water and use a soft cloth to remove dirt. Avoid storing them in direct sunlight or near artificial heat sources, which can cause the rubber to dry out.
Do you offer international shipping?

What kind of warranty do you provide?
The Original Muck Boot Company provides a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
