Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.
Package Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back in their original Muck Boot box and secure it inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference until your refund is processed.
